Subscriptions are managed by the App Store (iOS) or Google Play (Android). Open your store account, find Voca under Subscriptions, and cancel. You keep access until the end of the current period.

Refunds are handled by Apple and Google according to their policies. We will always do our best to help you reach the right team if something has gone wrong — email support@voca-learn.com.

Apple Family Sharing is supported on iOS for both Pro plans. Google Play family library is not yet supported.

Yes — lessons, flashcards, listening drills and their audio are cached on your phone, and anything you complete offline syncs when you reconnect. Live voice roleplay needs an internet connection because the AI tutor runs in the cloud.

Your account and progress stay. You revert to the Free tier — one free voice session per language, plus the vocabulary and listening drills — and can resubscribe anytime to unlock unlimited sessions again.
